TERMS & CONDITIONS – RECURRING PAYMENTS & MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

  1. Membership Structure

1.1 Your membership operates on an ongoing subscription model.
1.2 By activating a membership, you authorise us to process recurring payments using the payment method provided at checkout.
1.3 Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

  1. Recurring Payments

2.1 Recurring charges will be processed on the same calendar day each billing period, or the next available business day if processing is not possible.
2.2 You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain current and accurate.
2.3 Failed payments may result in suspension of access until the outstanding balance is settled.
2.4 We reserve the right to update pricing. Any changes will be communicated at least 14 days prior to the new rate being applied. Continued use of the service after this notice period constitutes acceptance of revised pricing.

  1. Cancellation Terms

3.1 You may cancel your membership at any time through your online account or by submitting a written cancellation request to our support team.
3.2 Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are issued for unused access within an active cycle.
3.3 Once cancellation is processed, you will retain access to content until the final day of the paid period, after which access will be discontinued.
3.4 To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellation must be completed prior to the renewal date. Renewals already processed are non-refundable except as required by law.

  1. Cooling-Off & Consumer Rights

4.1 Australian Consumer Law rights apply. This includes remedies where services are not supplied with due care, skill, or fit for purpose.
4.2 Unless required by law, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, lack of usage, or scheduling changes.

  1. Account Access & Use

5.1 Memberships are single-user licences and cannot be shared, transferred, or assigned.
5.2 We may suspend or terminate access for misconduct, breach of these Terms, misuse of content, or fraudulent behaviour.

  1. Service Modifications

6.1 We may update, enhance, or retire content to ensure service optimisation.
6.2 Where material service changes occur, we will provide reasonable advance notice.
